Financial Aid Forms

Now you can submit LBCC Financial Aid forms online directly to the LBCC Financial Aid Office using the links below. Before submitting any, be sure that you are using the forms for the correct year. Also, be sure that you are submitting forms that we have actually requested from you in a Long Beach City College Missing Information Letter. PLEASE DO NOT submit forms online that have not been requested by LBCC. The access codes for these forms are printed on LBCC Missing Information Letters or are available from the Financial Aid Offices at either campus.
We also offer our printable forms in Portable Document Format (PDF). To read and print a PDF publication, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on you computer. You can download this software for free by clicking on the button located under the menu on the left side of this page.
If you are the parent or student, by submitting these forms online you are giving permission for them to be used in considering your eligibility for federal, state and institutional financial aid. You are certifying the accuracy and validity of all the information you are providing. By federal law, if you purposely give false or misleading information, you may be fined up to $20,000, sent to prison, or both.
After submitting the requested forms you should receive an LBCC Award Letter informing you of your financial aid eligibility in approximately 10 business days.
Please DO NOT submit forms that have not been requested by LBCC. Forms submitted that haven't been requested yet will be discarded. Allow 3 business days for processing. Petitions and verification forms will be dated the day you submit them and reviewed in the order in which they are received. |
