Every Student Deserves Privacy |

Here in the Financial Aid office confidentiality is very important to us. We believe that every student has the right to his or her information and only his or her information. We require every student to have their student ID card with them when they request information about their FA information. To protect our students and their privacy we won’t disclose any information to anyone other than the student. We will not disclose information to parents, siblings, spouses, significant others or children. Another part of our confidentiality promise is to only give check information when a student is sitting at a specialist’s desk or in the privacy of an office in Financial Aid. To ensure your privacy we do not give any check information at the front desk. To receive specific amounts of checks, you must either come into our office or check your status on line. We don’t give any check amount information over the telephone. We want to serve you the best way possible and we want you to feel protected. |
