The LBCC Financial Aid Office has a limited amount of money available to loan to students who are receiving financial aid and who have a financial emergency that cannot wait for their next check disbursement. Emergency loans must be secured by pending financial aid.
These funds are administered by the ASB Bank, which requires students who receive them to have a current College Services Card. There is no interest charged.
Because funds are limited, there may not always be money available for emergency loans.
